We offer a risk-free 30-day return policy, commencing the day you are physically presented with your order.
- Returns are offered for umbrellas which are either defective or damaged during shipping. Photographic evidence may be requested.
- Contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, providing us with Proof of Purchase. In case you were gifted the umbrella, please ask the purchaser to contact us.
- Ensure the umbrella you wish to return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
- Subsequent to your return being accepted, you will receive a return shipping label with instructions for the return. Umbrellas returned without prior request will not be refunded.
- Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

DEFECTS AND DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us soon as possible in case of defects, damages or in the highly unlikely event you receive the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the situation and resolve it up to your satisfaction.
Currently, the only option to exchange an umbrella is to process a return on your order and once approved, make a separate purchase for the new umbrella.
You will be notified once your return is received and inspected about the outcome of the refund decision. When approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
