What are your shipping and other fees?

We accommodate Free Shipping on all orders and no VAT/GST is supplemented. Camouflaged levies? Not at ZUODU!

Where do you ship?

The Elite Umbrella is currently acquirable for customary shipping to and delivery in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Unfortunately, due to uncertainty around changes implemented due to Brexit, we no longer ship to the United Kingdom.

Contact us directly to establish a private shipping arrangement to other countries.



How long does it take to receive my umbrella?

Our warehouse in New Jersey is opened and orders for Raven coloured umbrellas are sent directly with USPS+. Customary Shipping Duration is now reduced to 4-15 days for the United States, 7-15 days for Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

How can I track my order?

Orders require up to a paramount of three calendar days to be dispensed preliminary to shipping. The instant your order's shipping commences, you will be able to track your order by proceeding to Order Tracking under Support in the footer of our pages.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You are able to pay fast and secure using Apple Pay, directly from your iOS device. Credit and debit cards currently accepted are Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your payment is processed securely through payment gateway Stripe in US Dollars.

Which currencies can I pay in?

All our prices are in USD.

Although we provide an automated Currency Converter on our pages, all payments will be processed in USD. The Currency Converter bases exchange rates to CAD, AUD and NZD on market averages. Please be aware this exchange rate may differ from your bank's or mobile app's exchange rate at the time of payment processing.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us immediately on info@zuodu-umbrella.com. We will try our best to stop our warehouse team from forwarding your order to the shipping department.

We are sorry, but once an order has been forwarded by our warehouse team, it is processed automatically and cannot be cancelled.

How do I return, exchange or request a refund?

We offer a risk-free 30-day return policy, commencing the day you are physically presented with your order. In the event your umbrella does not meet the expectations in any degree, ZUODU will proceed with whatsoever measure necessary to ensure your satisfaction.
